This lot comprises an assortment of antique and vintage tools. The collection includes a large wooden beam or block with drilled holes; an axe or adze-type tool with a wooden handle and a heavily rusted metal head; various other rusted metal digging or boring implements, including a large auger and a fluted hole digger; and a substantial, conical metal object, possibly a post driver, with an eye-bolt attached. All metal components show significant surface rust and patination. The wooden elements appear weathered and worn. The tools are housed in a corrugated cardboard box with labels marked ’24’ and ‘314’.
