This is a QEP professional manual tile cutter. It features a grey painted metal frame and components with chrome-plated or polished steel guide rails and a black rubberized top surface and handle grip. A measurement scale is present along the upper edge of the base. The cutter shows signs of prior use with some surface dust and minor wear. “18 18” stickers are present on the scoring carriage and an orange “347” sticker is on one of the guide rails.
