Six vintage wooden dining chairs, including five similar “pressed-back” or “spindle-back” style chairs with turned legs and stretchers. These five chairs feature circular seats embossed with a recurring shell or fan motif in a lighter wood tone. The sixth chair is of darker stained wood, also with turned elements and a spindle back, but with a more elaborate top rail. All chairs show extensive surface wear, scratches, and residue on the seats. Small, light-colored adhesive inventory stickers are present on several chairs, one marked “2 2”.
Condition report:
Fair to poor. Extensive surface wear, scratches, and residue are present on all chairs. Finish loss is significant on the lighter wood chairs.
